About the role:

The role of Office and Customer Manager provides a range of support functions across multiple teams within our NZ locations, including professional secretarial services to the leadership team and supporting all customer activity. 

This role is dynamic in administration, office management, customer interaction, report preparation, calendar coordination, organising travel and accommodation as required. 

Critical to this role are exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

This role incorporates the responsibility of ensuring the professional provision of service to members and industry contacts is maintained at the highest level.

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Provide overarching office management support to all NZ teams.
  • Provide high level administrative and secretariat support to the NZ leadership team.
  • Be the point of contact for all NZ office related enquiries, new starters, events, and external meetings.
  • Interact with and act as a concierge for customers visiting the office.
  • Provide support to and ensure all documentation is presented in a manner supporting and enhancing the professional image of the CDC.
  • Prepare presentations and assist with marketing and communications.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales documentation such as quotations and proposals, tenders, reporting and presentations
  • Drafting and tracking contract renewal requirements and drafting renewal correspondence
  • Tracking and following up with Account Executives to ensure contract paperwork progressed
  • Assist the senior leadership team with the coordination of meetings and functions,
  • Responsible for agenda and business papers, attendance and recording of minutes in a professional, accurate, confidential, and timely manner.
  • To make travel and accommodation reservations as required and Executive Management and keep accurate records in relation to same, for reconciliation with travel and accommodation accounts.
  • Develop and maintain effective networks with internal stakeholders, contractors, and industry colleagues.
  • Act in an ambassadorial capacity for the company

  • Experienced in respecting the confidentiality and security of customers, business, and team
  • Sound commercial and financial acumen

Essential:

  • New Zealand citizenship and ability to obtain a National Security Clearance (SV)
